Functieomschrijving Over de functie Ben jij een energieke netwerker die graag bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties in een technische omgeving? In deze rol ga jij actief de markt op om onze klanten en prospects te enthousiasmeren voor onze innovatieve oplossingen binnen zwaar hijswerk en technisch transport. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele commerciële traject: van het analyseren van offerteaanvragen tot het uitwerken van doordachte voorstellen in samenwerking met de operationele teams. Jij denkt mee met de klant, vertaalt hun vraag naar praktische en veilige oplossingen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afstemming binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? - Actief benaderen en adviseren van (potentiële) opdrachtgevers. - Opstellen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen in samenwerking met de depotmanager. - Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen. - Coördineren van projecten van aanvraag tot oplevering. - Onderhouden van duurzame relaties en signaleren van commerciële kansen in de markt. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 4, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting. - Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor commercie en weet met overtuiging en vertrouwen relaties op te bouwen. - Ervaring in de wereld van hijswerk, kraanverhuur of technisch transport is een pre, maar geen vereiste - jouw leergierigheid en drive tellen zwaarder. - Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar techniek, operatie en commercie samenkomen. - Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één. - Je bent resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk en houdt van afwisseling in je werk.
