Als Key Accountmanager in Amsterdam bij Isero ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van relaties met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Jij bent hét primaire aanspreekpunt voor de klant, leverancier en Isero vestigingen. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer en de samenwerking met grote bouw- en bouwgerelateerde bedrijven.

Wat ga jij doen als Key Accountmanager Amsterdam bij Isero? Je houdt toezicht op lopende projecten bij klanten, met als doel een optimaal rendement en maximale omzet voor alle partijen die betrokken zijn. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van relaties met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Je analyseert verschillende markten, signaleert trends en vertaalt deze naar concrete en strategische accountplannen. Ook voer je gesprekken met besluitvormers bij huidige en potentiële klanten om hen aan je te binden en samenwerkingen te intensiveren. Contactmomenten en gemaakte afspraken leg je zorgvuldig vast in het CRM-systeem. Je coördineert je offertes intern, bespreekt deze met klanten en zorgt voor een succesvolle afronding. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtsreeks aan de Sales Manager.
