Een internationale marktleider in interieurbouw en plaatmaterialen is op zoek naar een commercieel sterk profiel om hun positie in de Duitse DIY-retailmarkt verder uit te bouwen. Je werkt met een breed gamma aan plaatmaterialen waaronder spaanplaat, MDF en meubelplaten en vertaalt dit naar concrete business bij grote retailspelers.

Dit is een rol voor iemand die analytisch sterk is, snel markten doorgrond en commerciële kansen omzet in resultaten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je analyseert de Duitse DIY-markt grondig: klanten, aankoopstructuren, tussenpersonen, supply chain dynamieken en markttendensen.
  • Je structureert deze informatie naar een duidelijke marktvisie en commercieel actieplan.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met buyers en category managers en leidt onderhandelingen op centraal aankoopniveau.
  • Je ontwikkelt de categorie schrijnwerk en meubelplaten verder binnen je klantenportefeuille.
  • Je volgt commerciële initiatieven op tot op de winkelvloer en ondersteunt waar nodig om de sell-out te verhogen.
  • Je optimaliseert de aanwezigheid van het merk op online shops en e-commerceplatformen van klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams over Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance en Customer Service.
  • Je stelt offertes zelfstandig op en neemt eigenaarschap over prijsbeslissingen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsdomein.
  • Je monitort je commerciële prestaties en stuurt bij in nauwe samenwerking met de Global Sales Manager DIY.
  • Je bent gebaseerd op kantoor in West-Vlaanderen (E17) en brengt ongeveer 40% van je tijd door bij klanten in het buitenland.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een commerciële, business of economisch gerichte richting en eerste relevante B2B saleservaring.
  • Je bent vlot in het Engels, Frans én Duits. Dit is een absolute must.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt vlot met Excel. Kennis van SAP en CRM is een pluspunt.
  • Je eigent je snel complexe producten, systemen en markten toe en neemt eigenaarschap over je projecten en je eigen ontwikkeling.
  • Je bouwt proactief relaties op en onderhoudt ze zowel intern als extern.
  • Je combineert strategisch denken met een hands-on commerciële mindset.
  • Als persoon ben je nieuwsgierig, vasthoudend, sociaal zelfzeker en gestructureerd.
