Key Accountmanager Foodservice Bij HAK Fresh krijg je de kans om niet alleen bestaande key account uit te bouwen, maar ook actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van onze organisatie binnen contract catering, onderwijs en zorg. Met veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap, initiatief en het realiseren van commerciële kansen maak jij het verschil! Wat ga je doen? Als Key Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van landelijke samenwerkingen met toonaangevende organisaties zoals cateraars, onderwijsinstellingen, zorgorganisaties en andere foodserviceketens. Met jouw enthousiasme en drive weet jij nieuwe klanten te werven en aan ons te binden. Daarnaast ben je voor meerdere accounts verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van de bestaande klantrelatie. Samen met jouw klanten werk je aan oplossingen die bijdragen aan gezondere, duurzamere en efficiëntere foodconcepten. Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden uit: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van jaarplannen en accountplannen; - Onderhandelen van commerciële afspraken; - Adviseren van klanten op basis van keukenprocessen en passende oplossingen; - Ontwikkelen van commerciële groeistrategieën per klant; - Verbinden van interne stakeholders met klantbehoeften; - Initiëren van innovaties en landelijke implementaties. Wie ben jij? Om een gedegen gesprekspartner te zijn voor onze klanten, ben je in het bezit van de juiste onderhandelingsvaardigheden én voldoende productkennis zodat je niet alleen een commerciële maar ook de inhoudelijke gesprekspartner bent. Daarnaast zien we graag in jouw profiel terug: - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in Key Accountmanagement in Foodservice, FMCG of een vergelijkbare omgeving; - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting; - Ervaring met accountplannen en jaarplannen; - Je bent commercieel, ondernemend, resultaatgericht en creatief; - Net als wij heb jij een passie voor food, ben je servi...
