Hoofdkantoor Standaard Key accountmanager Pharma Lelystad Bij Dijkstra Vereenigde krijg je als Key Accountmanager Pharma de verantwoordelijkheid over een portefeuille van strategische klanten én de kans om de commerciële koers verder vorm te geven. Je bouwt voort op langdurige klantrelaties, denkt mee over de salesstrategie en helpt de organisatie verder te professionaliseren. Een rol voor een ervaren commerciële professional die niet alleen kansen ziet bij klanten, maar ook binnen de eigen organisatie. Na 35 jaar draagt jouw collega Mark zijn klantenportefeuille over. Hij gaat over ongeveer een jaar met pensioen en neemt je tot die tijd mee in zijn netwerk, de markt en de producten. Je neemt circa 10 key accounts over en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om deze relaties verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast staat Dijkstra Vereenigde voor een volgende stap. Er liggen kansen om commerciële processen te verbeteren, de samenwerking binnen het salesteam te versterken en de salesstrategie voor de pharma-tak verder uit te bouwen. Hierin wordt jouw ervaring en initiatief gewaardeerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Strategisch key accountmanagement: Je beheert en ontwikkelt bestaande key accounts, voert onderhandelingen en bouwt relaties uit op tactisch en strategisch niveau. - Salesstrategie: Je denkt mee over de commerciële koers van de pharma-tak en vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar concrete kansen. - Verbeteringen doorvoeren: Je signaleert kansen om processen, werkwijzen en de samenwerking binnen het salesteam te professionaliseren. - New business: Je ontwikkelt nieuwe klantrelaties en begeleidt complexe verkooptrajecten met lange salescycli. - Commercieel resultaat: Je bewaakt omzet en marges en werkt samen met collega's en leveranciers aan passende verpakkingsoplossingen.
