Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Data Analysis & Modelling suchen wir eine qualifizierte IT-Fachkraft.

Als IT Key User bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Data Analysis and Modelling, Process Technology, Software-Design und IT für den Anlagen im Reinraum. Mit den erforderlichen Schulungen und Berechtigungen ist sichergestellt, dass das Tagesgeschäft eigenständig und ohne laufende Unterstützung abgewickelt werden kann.

Was dich erwartet:

- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer OT-Geräte, einschließlich Beschaffung, Lizenz- und Accountmanagement, Netzwerkanbindung sowie Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen - Unterstützung bei Risikobewertungen sowie der Verwaltung von Zugriffsrechten und Remote-Support - Sicherstellung von Backups für Anlagen und Daten - Betreuung des Equipment Managements, einschließlich Netzwerkanbindung, Datenintegration, Standardisierung und Konfigurationsmanagement - Betreuung des Equipment Managements, einschließlich Netzwerkanbindung, Datenintegration, Standardisierung und Konfigurationsmanagement - Betreuung des Hardware- und Software-Lifecycles durch Verwaltung von Firmware- und OS-Versionen sowie Koordination von System-Upgrades - Troubleshooting und Wiederherstellung der Anlagenfunktionalität mittels Images - Koordination des Incident Handlings mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern - Verwaltung und Pflege des Anlageninventars, der Dokumentation, Wartungsaktivitäten, Lizenzsituation und Lifecycle-Prozesse

Was du mitbringst:

- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT (Informatik HTL, Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung - Kommunikationsstärke als Schnittstelle zwischen Data Analysis and Modeling, Process Technology, Software-Design und IT - Technisches Verständnis für IT-Systeme, Software und Produktionsanlagen - Erfahrung im Troubleshooting und in der systematischen Fehleranalyse - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Gehalt:

Übers Gehalt sprechen wir am liebsten persönlich, aber so viel können wir schonmal verraten: Wir orientieren uns selbstverständlich an marktüblichen Gehältern - das heißt, abhängig von der Position und Ausbildung ist bereits beim Einstieg eine Überbezahlung zum Kollektivvertrag möglich. Für diese Position bieten wir ein jährliches Bruttogehalt von mindestens 47.600EUR. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung gibt’s entsprechend auch mehr!
