Das Raiffeisen-Lagerhaus Mostviertel Mitte sucht ab sofort 1 KFZ-Kundendienstberater:in (m/w/d) Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n serviceorientierten Kundendienstberater:in, der/die unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent betreut und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt agiert.

Vollzeit (38,5h/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Betreuung unserer Kunden und Kundinnen im gesamten Serviceprozess - von der Beratung über die Diagnose bis zur Endabnahme

* Organisation und Einteilung von Terminen sowie Auftragseröffnung

* Zuverlässige Koordination der termingerechten Bearbeitung und Fertigstellung der Fahrzeuge

* Ansprechpartner:in für die Abwicklung von Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzfällen sowie aller sonstigen Reparaturaufträgen

* Unterstützung bei der Beratung und dem Verkauf von Serviceleistungen, Ersatzteilen und Zubehör

* Sicherstellung von Kundenbindung und -gewinnung durch umfassende und überzeugende Kundenbetreuung

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als KFZ-Techniker:in (vorzugsweise Meisterprüfung) oder

* Abgeschlossene Lehre im Einzelhandel für KFZ & Ersatzteile

* Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Freundlicher und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden

Wir sind zu einer Gehaltsangabe gesetzlich verpflichtet. Der Kollektivvertrag für die Angestellten in den Raiffeisen-Lagerhäusern in Niederösterreich (Basis: 38,5 h/Woche) schreibt ein monatliches Bruttomindestgehalt von € 2.832,- vor. Bei entsprechender Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung für uns selbstverständlich. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als KFZ-Kundendienstberater:in (m/w/d) beträgt 2.832,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
