Die Brücken zwischen unseren 200 Wissensträger*innen und erfolgreichen Unternehmen zu schlagen ist seit mehr als 40 Jahren unsere Mission. Diese Aufgabe realisieren wir in ganz Österreich, ausgehend von unseren vier Brückenköpfen in Wien, Linz, Salzburg und Graz.

Aktuell suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 KFZ-/NFZ-Werkstattleitung (m./w./d.) ZEIT FÜR NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN:

Für den Standort im westlichen Niederösterreich suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die eine KFZ-/NFZ-Werkstatt fachlich und organisatorisch führt und gemeinsam mit ihrem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgt.

AUFGABEN:

- Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Teams von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden

- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen Werkstattabläufe

- Koordination von Arbeitsaufträgen, Terminen und Kapazitäten

- Sicherstellung einer hohen Arbeitsqualität sowie der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-

und Qualitätsstandards

- Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der

Werkstattorganisation

- Unterstützung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung von

Mitarbeitergesprächen

- Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Werkstattbereich

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen und der Geschäftsleitung

- Überwachung von Material-, Werkzeug- und Ressourcenbedarf

- Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionen und technischen Ver-

besserungen

SKILLS SIND DER SCHLÜSSEL:

- KFZ- oder NFZ-Meister_in bzw. eine ähnliche Ausbildung

- Eine fundierte Berufserfahrung im technischen bzw. handwerklichen Werkstattumfeld

- Führungserfahrung

- Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

- Sicheres und wertschätzendes Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden

- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
