Deine Aufgaben als Gelber Engel:

* Schnelle Hilfe vor Ort:

Du unterstützt unsere Mitglieder bei Pannen - vom Reifenwechsel über Starthilfe bis hin zu Problemen mit Fahrzeugelektronik oder falsch getanktem Treibstoff.

* Technische Problemlösung:

Du erkennst Fehlerquellen rasch, führst Diagnosen durch und sorgst - wenn möglich - für eine sofortige Weiterfahrt.

* Persönlicher Mitgliederkontakt:

Du erklärst technische Sachverhalte verständlich, berätst freundlich und bist in jeder Situation ein:e verlässliche:r Ansprechpartner:in.

* Einsatz mit Verantwortung:

Auch in stressigen oder herausfordernden Situationen behältst du den Überblick und hilfst kompetent weiter.

* Teamarbeit & Zusammenhalt:

Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen zusammen und bist Teil eines starken Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt.

Das bringst du mit:

* Fachliche Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Techniker:in sowie Berufspraxis, idealerweise mit §57a-Berechtigung.

* Führerscheine & Mobilität:

Führerschein B erforderlich, A/C/E von Vorteil (nachholbar).

* Technikbegeisterung:

Interesse an Fahrzeugen aller Art - vom Verbrenner über E-Auto bis zum Motorrad - und Freude an Weiterentwicklung.

* Kommunikationsstärke & Serviceorientierung:

Freundliches Auftreten, Hilfsbereitschaft und souveräner Umgang mit Menschen - auch in stressigen Situationen.

* Verlässlichkeit & Einsatzfreude:

Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch bei Wind und Wetter einen kühlen Kopf.

Unser Gehaltspaket für dich:

ab € 3.118,22 brutto auf Basis 40 Wochenstunden, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung auch Überzahlung möglich.
