Zur Verstärkung unseres Werkstätten-Teams suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt einen erfahrenen Kfz-Teilevertriebs-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der digitalen Lagerverwaltung. 1 Kfz-Teilevertriebs-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) VOLLZEIT, AB SOFORT

Aufgaben

* Warenannahme inkl. kaufmännischer Eingangskontrolle und EDV-Zubuchung

* Warenausgabe (intern und extern)

* Warenkommissionierung inkl. Verpackung und Versand

* Lagerbestandsverwaltung (digital und physisch) und Inventur

* Teilebestellungen inkl. Preiskalkulation

* Teileverkauf

* Online-Shop-Verwaltung (Datenpflege, Bestellabwicklungen, etc.)

* Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retoursendungen

* Optimierung des Lagers und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse

* Bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und internen Training unterstützen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lagermitarbeiter, Kundendienst, Werkstattleitung

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lagerlogistik-Bereich

* Erfahrung im Kfz-Bereich

* Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich

* DMS / CRM-Kenntnisse erforderlich (MotionData / MOVEC von Vorteil)

* Online-Shop-Kenntnisse (Wordpress) von Vorteil

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Prozessbewusstsein erforderlich

* Priorisierungsfähigkeit unter hohem Arbeitsvolumen

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamorientiert, klar in Kommunikation und Eskalation
