Mission

* Entwickeln, implementieren und optimieren Sie maschinelles Lernen und KI-Modelle, mit starkem Schwerpunkt auf LLMs.

* Baue und bereite intelligente Agenten mit Low-Code-Umgebungen wie Microsoft Copilot Studio aus.

* Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen mit Plattformen wie Power Automate, um Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren und KI-Fähigkeiten zu integrieren.

* Beitrage zur Entwicklung von High-Code-KI mit Azure AI Foundry (bevorzugt).

* Arbeiten Sie mit Data Scientists, Fachexperten und IT-Teams zusammen, um Geschäftsbedürfnisse in technische Lösungen umzusetzen.

* Sicherstellen Sie hohe Standards in Bezug auf Datenqualität, Sicherheit, Governance und Compliance.

* Unterstützung der Entwicklung skalierbarer KI-Architekturen, einschließlich modularer agentischer Systeme.

* Dokumentation, Tests, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von KI-Systemen pflegen.

* Bleiben Sie über aufkommende KI-Technologien und -Trends auf dem Laufenden

Profil

* Fundiertes Wissen über maschinelles Lernen, KI und LLM-basierte Architekturen.

* Erfahrung in Data-Science-Workflows (Datenvorbereitung, Schulung, Evaluation, Bereitstellung).

* Starke Python-Programmierkenntnisse und Vertrautheit mit ML/KI-Bibliotheken.

* Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von Low-Code-KI-Agenten (Copilot Studio) und Automatisierungstools (Power Automate).

* Starker Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit High-Code-KI-Plattformen (Azure AI Foundry).

* Erfahrung mit cloudbasierten KI-Systemen (Azure-Ökosystem bevorzugt).

* Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Lösungen umzusetzen.

* Starke analytische und problemlösende Denkweise.

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu strukturieren und skalierbare KI-Lösungen zu entwickeln.

* Klare Kommunikation mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern.

* Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, über organisatorische Grenzen hinweg zusammenzuarbeiten.
