Das komplette Technologie-, Produkt- und Leistungsportfolio des Unternehmens umfasst ganzheitliche Lösungen für Elektronik, Automatisierung und Umwelttechnik und deckt alle Schritte der Wertschöpfungskette in der Eisen- und Stahlproduktion vom Rohstoff bis zum fertigen Produkt ab sowie modernste Walzwerkslösungen für NE-Metalle.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Koordination und Bündelung bestehender KI-Initiativen

* Entwicklung einer standortweiten KI-Roadmap

* Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer KI-Anwendungsfälle

* Aufbau und Weitergabe von KI-Know-how im Unternehmen

* Beratung von Führungskräften und Fachbereichen zu KI-Themen

* Aufbau eines internen Netzwerks aus KollegInnen, die KI-Themen in ihren Bereichen treiben möchten

* Planung und Begleitung von Trainings- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Universität) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Datenanalyse oder Künstliche Intelligenz im Umfeld eines internationalen Konzerns

* Erfahrung in der Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte sowie im Change-Management von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse aktueller KI-Technologien und deren Anwendung im Unternehmensumfeld

* Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz und Innovation

ANGEBOT & BENEFITS

Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens:

EUR 62.243,30.

Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
