In deze rol als Kiemlaborant werk je aan het uitvoeren en beoordelen van kiemtesten die de basis vormen voor belangrijke kwaliteitsbeslissingen binnen Enza Zaden. Je krijgt de ruimte om het volledige proces, van het zaaien van zaden tot het vastleggen van resultaten, zelfstandig uit te voeren. Zo draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van onze groentezaden en kunnen collega's en klanten vertrouwen op sterke en gezonde gewassen. Maak hetverschilals Kiemlaborant Als Kiemlaborant speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van de kwaliteit van onze groentezaden. Samen met ongeveer 25 collega's binnen het Kiemlaboratorium onderzoek je de kiemkwaliteit van verschillende zaadpartijen en lever je betrouwbare resultaten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Je werkt zowel in het laboratorium als in de kas en bent betrokken bij verschillende testen en kwaliteitscontroles. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze help je ervoor te zorgen dat alleen zaden van de hoogste kwaliteit bij onze klanten terechtkomen.
