The posting

Als kinderbegeleider zorg jij elke dag voor een warme, veilige en stimulerende omgeving voor baby’s en peuters (0–2,5 jaar). Jij maakt het verschil in hun eerste levensjaren.

Je werkt actief mee in de leefgroep en volgt het ritme van elk kind. Je ziet wat een kind nodig heeft, speelt daarop in en zorgt ervoor dat elk kind zich goed voelt en zich op zijn eigen tempo kan ontwikkelen.

Wat je concreet doet:

  • je verzorgt de kinderen (eten geven, verschonen, slaapmomenten begeleiden, …)
  • je speelt in op het individuele ritme van elk kind
  • je organiseert activiteiten aangepast aan leeftijd en ontwikkeling
  • je zorgt voor een veilige, hygiënische en gestructureerde omgeving
  • je observeert de kinderen en registreert dit correct
  • je werkt nauw samen met collega’s
  • je communiceert open en respectvol met ouders

Je combineert zorg en pedagogiek: je stimuleert spel, taal, motoriek en sociale interactie op een natuurlijke en warme manier.

We zoeken een kinderbegeleider met een warm hart voor kinderen en een professionele houding.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • je hebt een relevant diploma in de kinderopvang of je voldoet aan de wettelijke voorwaarden om te werken als kinderbegeleider
  • je hebt een grote affiniteit met baby’s en peuters (0–2,5 jaar)
  • je werkt zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en met oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne
  • je kan inspelen op de noden en het ritme van elk kind
  • je bent flexibel en kan goed samenwerken in team
  • je communiceert open en respectvol met collega’s en ouders
  • je neemt initiatief en denkt mee in oplossingen
  • je bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
