Als begeleider van onze buitenschoolse opvang:

● zorg je voor een veilige, warme en inclusieve omgeving waarin kinderen kunnen spelen, ontspannen en samen zijn;

● heb je aandacht voor zowel het fysieke als emotionele welzijn van de kinderen;

● stimuleer je het spel van kinderen en speel je in op hun interesses en behoeften;

● stimuleer je positief gedrag en stel je op een rustige en duidelijke manier grenzen;

● ga je herstelgericht om met conflicten en help je kinderen om naar elkaar te luisteren, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en opnieuw verbinding te maken;

● gebruik je verbindende en respectvolle communicatie;

● heb je oog voor ieder kind en zorg je ervoor dat alle kinderen zich welkom en geaccepteerd voelen;

● werk je samen met collega's, ouders en de school;

● draag je de visie en waarden van Sint-Jozef mee uit.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die:

● de voor- en/ of nabewaking mee opneemt in de school;

● graag met kinderen werkt en oprecht betrokken is bij hun welzijn;

● warm, geduldig en luistervaardig is;

● rustig kan blijven en tegelijkertijd duidelijke grenzen kan stellen;

● initiatief neemt en niet alleen toezicht houdt, maar ook actief mee zorgt voor een fijne opvang;

● betrouwbaar en stipt is;

● goed kan samenwerken en afspraken respecteert;

● over een basiskennis van het Nederlands beschikt;

● openstaat voor overleg, feedback en eventuele vorming of bijscholing.

Een relevante opleiding en/of ervaring in kinderopvang is een pluspunt, maar we kijken zeker ook naar je motivatie, houding en talent om met kinderen om te gaan.

Uren voor- en nabewaking:

● Voorbewaking maandag t.e.m. vrijdag: 7.25 u. – 8.25 u

● Nabewaking maandag, dinsdag en donderdag: 15.40 u. - 17.00 u. Nabewaking woensdag: 12.00 u. - 13.00 u. Nabewaking vrijdag: 15.25 u. - 17.00 u.

Je maakt deel uit van het opvangteam en werkt samen met de school om van onze opvang een plek te maken waar kinderen graag zijn.

Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk alle opvangmomenten beschikbaar te zijn. Ook wanneer je één of meerdere vaste momenten per week kan opnemen, horen we graag van jou.
