Functieomschrijving Als Ouder- en Kindcoach 0-5 (accent VVE) ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor scholen, voorschoolse voorzieningen en ouders binnen de gemeente Diemen. Je biedt laagdrempelige begeleiding aan ouders, voert intakegesprekken, observeert kinderen in de groep en vertaalt signalen naar passende ondersteuning of doorverwijzing. Je voert huisbezoeken uit bij gezinnen met een VVE-indicatie, stimuleert vroegtijdige ontwikkeling en begeleidt ouders bij inschrijving en toeleiding naar peutergroepen. Je werkt structureel samen met partners (kinderopvang, JGZ, onderwijs) en versterkt het pedagogisch netwerk door afstemming, signalering en integrale aanpak. Daarnaast organiseer je preventieactiviteiten zoals groepstrainingen en thema-avonden, voer je administratieve taken voor LEA-vergaderingen uit en verwijst je waar nodig door naar gespecialiseerde jeugdhulp. Verplicht profiel - Afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding (bijv. Pedagogiek, Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening, Orthopedagogiek of vergelijkbaar). - Aantoonbare ervaring met kinderen 0-5 jaar en kennis van VVE-programma's en vroegsignalering. - Kennis van en ervaring met het netwerk (kinderopvang, JGZ, onderwijs) en ervaring met samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams. - Handelingsgericht werken, goede observatie- en gespreksvaardigheden, en het vermogen passende interventies te adviseren en te coördineren. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, oplossingsgericht en sensitief in contact met ouders en professionals; affiniteit met preventieve en opvoedkundige ondersteuning. - Zelfstandig, organiserend vermogen en ervaring met het opzetten en uitvoeren van preventieactiviteiten; bereidheid tot huisbezoeken. - Beschikbaarheid circa 24 uur per week en in het bezit van een VOG; rijbewijs is een pré.
