Het Multifunctioneel Centrum KIDS begeleidt 245 cliënten en heeft een gedreven

team van medewerkers (begeleiders, pedagogen, psychologen, maatschappelijk

werkers, therapeuten, audiologen, verpleegsters, logistieke medewerkers, …). Dit

team neemt de zorg op voor kinderen en jongeren (en hun context) met autisme,

doof- en slechthorendheid en spraak-taalstoornis. Er zijn een 200-tal enthousiaste

medewerkers die van MFC KIDS een hartelijke professionele voorziening maken.

Als (kinder)psychiater breng je het psychiatrisch perspectief in de organisatie binnen

op alle niveaus zowel in het werk met de cliënten, binnen de teams als binnen het

beleid. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega kinderpsychiater.

Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden (af te stemmen met collega kinderpsychiater) - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de psychiatrische opvolging van een deel van de

cliënten en hun context

- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het medicatie beleid i.s.m. de medische dienst,

apotheek

- Je neemt deel aan het therapeutisch team: werkt inhoudelijke thema’s mee uit en

voorziet intervisie

- Je neemt deel aan teamvergaderingen in de leefgroep om vanuit je psychiatrische

expertise mee na te denken over de ontwikkeling en groei van kinderen en jongeren

- Je gaat in overleg met begeleidingsteams over cliënten in crisis: je schat de ernst van

de crisis mee in en denkt samen met het team na over het plan van aanpak

- Je neemt deel aan het opnameteam en draagt bij aan het zorgbeleid van het MFC
