The posting

Voor mijn multidisciplinaire kinderpraktijk "De Kindermolen" ben ik op zoek naar een collega-kinderarts die graag op zelfstandige basis binnen een multidisciplinaire setting werkt.

De praktijk is sinds april 2026 opgestart en door de grote zorgvraag binnen de regio en de toegankelijke locatie van de praktijk, beginnen mijn lijsten zich al redelijk goed te vullen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne collega-kinderarts die samen met mij zorg wil bieden aan de kinderen van Vilvoorde en omgeving.

Naast een fijne collega om het klinische werk te doen, ben ik ook op zoek naar iemand die gemotiveerd is om de praktijk mee vorm te geven en om mij te helpen in de uitwerking van verschillende zorgpaden, zodat de praktijk niet louter een eerstelijns kinderartsenpraktijk is, maar ook een referentiecentrum in de regio wordt voor verschillende pathologieën.

Een subspecialisatie of specifieke interesse is geen vereiste, maar daarom enorm welkom.

  • Je bent erkend kinderarts (of bijna afgestudeerd).
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt een redelijke kennis van medisch Frans, of bent gemotiveerd om dit te leren.
  • Je werkt graag in een multidisciplinair team en staat open om jezelf te blijven bijscholen en ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt graag evidence-based en gelooft in een werkwijze waarin het kind centraal staat en er zo kindvriendelijk mogelijk wordt gewerkt.
  • Je wilt bijdragen aan de toegankelijkheid van zorg en werkt geconventioneerd.
  • Je ziet een multiculturele patiëntenpopulatie niet als een obstakel, maar juist als een verrijking van je dagelijks werk.
