In welk kader werk je?

Ter ondersteuning van onze kinderopvang zoeken wij een kinderbegeleider in een vast contract.

Als kinderbegeleid(st)er ondersteun je de werking van het kinderdagverblijf door op het terrein te zorgen voor de opvang, verzorging, rust en begeleiding/ontwikkeling van baby’s en jonge kinderen. Je werkt onder de directe leiding van en rapporteert aan het diensthoofd van het kinderdagverblijf.

Wat verwachten we van jou:

  • Uitvoeren van verzorgende taken op vlak van voeding/hygiënische verzorging
  • Begeleiden en stimuleren van de psychomotorische ontwikkeling
  • Observeren en rapporteren met betrekking tot de aanwezige kinderen
  • Uitvoeren van diverse huishoudelijke taken
  • Informeren van en overleggen met ouders
  • Deelnemen aan overleg/leermomenten
  • Overige werkzaamheden eigen aan de dienst

Technische competenties

  • Basiskennis van de procedures en reglementering kinderopvang
  • Algemene verzorgingstechnieken
  • Basiskennis kinderpsychologie en – pedagogiek

Om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectieprocedure dien je te voldoen aan volgende voorwaarden:

  • Je moet een opleiding gevolgd hebben die erkend is door Kind & Gezin, zoals 7de jaar beroeps secundair kinderzorg of technisch secundair onderwijs in de richting kinderzorg, verpleegkunde, sociale en technische wetenschappen, jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg, … of In het onderwijs voor sociale promotie (volwassenonderwijs) de opleiding Begeleider in de kinderzorg of Jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg …
  • Een gedrag hebben in overeenstemming met de eisen van de beoogde betrekking
  • Blanco uittreksel strafregistrer model 596.2 (model bestemd voor contact met minderjarigen)
  • De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten
  • Medisch geschikt zijn voor de uit te oefenen functie
  • Grondige kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • Bereid zijn flexibel te werken tussen 7.00 uur en 18.00 uur
