Als kinderbegeleider zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een veilige, warme en stimulerende

omgeving voor baby’s en peuters van 0 tot 3 jaar.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • liefdevolle verzorging en begeleiding van de kinderen;
  • inspelen op de individuele behoeften en het ritme van elk kind;
  • kinderen stimuleren om zelf te ontdekken en initiatief te nemen;
  • begeleiden van spel-, ontdek- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten;
  • observeren van de interesses, talenten en ontwikkeling van kinderen
  • vanuit observaties kansen creëren voor nieuwe ontdekkingen en ervaringen;
  • zorgen voor een veilige, rustige en huiselijke sfeer;
  • verzorgen van eet- en slaapmomenten;
  • zorgen voor een goede hygiëne en orde binnen de leefgroep;
  • dagelijks contact en een open communicatie met ouders;
  • samenwerken met collega’s en samen pedagogisch reflecteren;
  • correct bijhouden van de nodige administratie en observaties.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • een warm hart heeft voor baby’s en peuters;
  • kinderen ziet als competente en nieuwsgierige individuen;
  • graag kijkt, luistert en ontdekt wat kinderen nodig hebben;
  • geduldig, zorgzaam en enthousiast is;
  • respect heeft voor het individuele ritme van ieder kind;
  • kinderen ruimte durft te geven om zelf te proberen en te ontdekken;
  • creatief en ondernemend is;
  • graag samenwerkt en ideeën deelt met collega’s;
  • openstaat voor pedagogische reflectie en bijleren;
  • betrouwbaar, flexibel en verantwoordelijk is;
  • open communiceert met ouders en collega’s;
  • beschikt over een erkend diploma of kwalificatie voor kinderbegeleider/kinderzorg, conform de geldende voorwaarden.
  • Ervaring met de Reggio Emilia-visie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Een open en nieuwsgierige pedagogische houding vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
