Wij zoeken een sociaal vlotte, enthousiaste en pedagogisch sterke kinderbegeleider die graag buiten is, initiatief neemt en niet bang is om de handen én voeten vuil te maken. (Geen zorgen, wij voorzien aangepaste werkkledij!)

Bij Kinderopvang Pinkeltje in Wevelgem staat ervaringsgericht leren centraal. Kinderen krijgen bij ons de ruimte om te ontdekken, te experimenteren, zelfstandig te worden en vooral écht kind te zijn.

Wat maakt werken bij Pinkeltje bijzonder?

Bij ons zit je niet de hele dag binnen. Je vindt het leuk om:

  • met kinderen op ontdekking te gaan in ons bos;
  • met de bakfiets naar het park of de bib te trekken;
  • mee te gaan op uitstap naar de boerderij;
  • samen met de peuters de eitjes bij onze kippen te rapen;
  • kinderen te laten experimenteren, ontdekken en zelfstandig problemen te laten oplossen;
  • kinderen écht te betrekken bij dagelijkse activiteiten;
  • met kinderen te praten, te lachen en samen plezier te maken;
  • onze speelomgeving telkens opnieuw uitdagend en aantrekkelijk in te richten.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent iemand die:

  • warm, respectvol en geduldig met kinderen omgaat;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen;
  • vlot communiceert en duidelijke afspraken maakt met collega's;
  • werk ziet en initiatief neemt zonder voortdurend aangestuurd te moeten worden;
  • hulp durft te vragen wanneer dat nodig is;
  • kritisch meedenkt over hoe onze werking nog beter kan;
  • logisch nadenkt en veiligheid steeds vooropstelt;
  • ook huishoudelijke taken zoals opruimen, afwassen en poetsen vanzelfsprekend vindt.

Vereisten:

  • Diploma als kinderbegeleider vereist.
  • Een uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 596.2 (contacten met minderjarigen), is verplicht.
  • Een recent attest van gevolgde vorming levensreddend handelen.
