Als kinderbegeleider sta je mee in voor kwaliteitsvolle opvang van kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar. Je biedt hen een warme, veilige en stimulerende omgeving waarin ze zich goed kunnen voelen en verder kunnen ontwikkelen.

Concreet houdt de functie onder meer in:

  • Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en verzorgt baby’s en peuters tijdens hun dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Je creëert een veilige, huiselijke en warme omgeving waarin kinderen zich geborgen voelen.
  • Je speelt in op de leefwereld, noden en ontwikkeling van elk kind.
  • Je onderhoudt op een correcte en warme manier contact met ouders.
  • Je zorgt mee voor structuur, rust en orde binnen de leefgroep.
  • Je neemt kleine huishoudelijke taken op, zoals poetsen, afwas en het netjes houden van de leefruimte.
  • Je werkt flexibel mee binnen de dagelijkse werking van het kinderdagverblijf.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan kwaliteitsvolle kinderopvang.
