The posting

Voor één van onze partners zoeken we momenteel een kinderbegeleider voor de buitenschoolse opvang, voor een tijdelijke vervanging en met onmiddellijke opstart.

Als kinderbegeleider in de buitenschoolse opvang zorg jij voor een leuke, leerrijke en veilige tijd voor kinderen tussen 2,5 en 12 jaar, voor en na school, tijdens schoolvrije dagen én vakanties.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Activiteiten & spel

  • Organiseren en begeleiden van spel-, creatieve en buitenactiviteiten.
  • Kinderen stimuleren in vrij spel en hen kansen geven om zichzelf te ontplooien.
  • Begeleiding & ontwikkeling
  • Creëren van een veilige, warme en gestructureerde omgeving.
  • Opvolgen van de emotionele, sociale, motorische, cognitieve en taalontwikkeling.
  • Oplossen van conflicten en begeleiden van kinderen met specifieke noden.

Verzorging

  • Aandacht hebben voor hygiëne, rustmomenten en eetmomenten.
  • Ziekte- en gezondheidsproblemen herkennen en adequaat reageren.
  • EHBO toepassen wanneer nodig.
  • Contact met ouders
  • Ouders vriendelijk onthalen en informeren over het verloop van de opvangdag.
  • Nieuwe kinderen en ouders warm welkom heten.

Praktisch & administratief

  • Lokaal klaarzetten, opruimen en materiaal onderhouden.
  • Aanwezigheidslijsten, observaties en planning invullen.
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen nauwgezet opvolgen.

Je beschikt over een kwalificatiebewijs conform het ministerieel besluit voor medewerkers kinderopvang (bv. diploma kinderzorg, opvoeder, pedagogie van het jonge kind, enz.).

Daarnaast ben je iemand die:

  • graag en vlot communiceert met kinderen, ouders en collega's;
  • warm, zorgzaam en flexibel is;
  • goed kan samenwerken in team;
  • stressbestendig is en structuur kan bieden;
  • oog heeft voor diversiteit en respectvol omgaat met verschillen.
