The posting

In onze verschillende kinderdagverblijven Dennenstraat, Zwaluwstraat en Klein-Begijnhof staat een veilig en warm kinderopvangklimaat centraal, zo kunnen kinderen zich geborgen voelen en op hun eigen ritme ontwikkelen. Momenteel zoeken we een gemotiveerde kinderbegeleider om onze teams te versterken.

De kinderdagverblijven maken deel uit van Zorgbedrijf Rivierenland (ZBR). In alles wat we doen, laten we ons leiden door de drie kernwaarden van onze organisatie. Uniek, samen, passie & bezieling.

Wat doe je als kinderbegeleider?

  • Je staat in voor de begeleiding en verzorging van kinderen tussen 0 en 3 jaar.
  • Je verzorgt een laagdrempelig en warm onthaal zodat kinderen en ouders zich welkom voelen.
  • Je prikkelt de kinderen met een creatief, afwisselend en uitdagend aanbod dat aanzet tot zelf ontdekken en stimuleert tot ontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt respect voor de opvoedingsvisie van de ouders en staat open voor dialoog in functie van de ontwikkeling van het kind.
  • Je kan signalen van de kinderen opmerken, interpreteren en hier gepast op reageren.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en staat open voor nieuwe ideeën, oplossingen, procedures en methodes.
  • Je streeft naar een maximale ouderbetrokkenheid.
  • Je werkt verbindend met mensen en handelt respectvol.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en weet dit te combineren met een sterke zelfstandigheid.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud van de leefruimtes van de opvanglocatie. Je doet dit samen met de logistiek medewerkers.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een diploma dat voldoet aan de voorwaarden gesteld door Kind en Gezin voor de begeleiding van kinderen in een kinderdagverblijf (zie website Kind en Gezin: www.kindengezin.be )
  • Je hebt affiniteit met kinderopvang voor gezinnen met diverse achtergronden.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken sociaal engagement en een open gesprekshouding.
  • Je hebt een groot empathisch vermogen: je kan je inleven in de leef- en gevoelswereld van de kinderen en gezinnen.
  • Je kan relativeren en omgaan met spanningen in de werksituatie.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister.
