Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega voor onze kinderopvang in Brasschaat!

Ben jij iemand die oprecht graag met kinderen werkt? Die energie krijgt van een fijne samenwerking met ouders en collega’s? En vind jij dat kinderopvang véél meer is dan luiers verversen, eten geven en de dag doorkomen? Dan zouden wij wel eens heel goed bij elkaar kunnen passen.

Wie zijn wij?

Mijn vriendjes is een kleinschalige kinderopvang in Brasschaat met maximaal 18 kindjes per dag en een team van 4 kinderbegeleiders.

Bewust kleinschalig, want wij kiezen voor een lage begeleider-kindratio en willen voldoende tijd en ruimte hebben voor ieder kind.

We hechten veel belang aan een menselijke werking. Niet alleen voor onze kindjes en hun ouders, maar ook voor onze collega’s.

Bij ons zijn open communicatie en transparantie belangrijk. We verwachten dat je met ons praat wanneer er iets is, maar je mag datzelfde ook van ons verwachten.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral een fijn mens.

Iemand die positief ingesteld is en liever met elkaar praat dan over elkaar.

Iemand die sociaal is, initiatief neemt en niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Iemand die graag samenwerkt met ouders en enthousiast meedoet wanneer we ouderparticipatie organiseren.

Iemand die ideeën heeft en ze ook durft uitspreken.

Maar bovenal zoeken we iemand die oprecht graag met kinderen bezig is en pedagogie belangrijk vindt.

Want kinderopvang anno 2026 is zoveel meer dan verzorgen.

Het is kinderen helpen groeien. Hun emoties leren begrijpen. Hun zelfstandigheid stimuleren. Kijken naar wat een kind nodig heeft. Een rijke omgeving creëren waarin ze kunnen ontdekken en experimenteren. Observeren, ondersteunen, spelen, troosten, uitdagen en vooral: écht aanwezig zijn.

Daarom zoeken we geen collega die gewoon “een job in de kinderopvang” zoekt.

We zoeken iemand die mee wil bouwen aan een opvang waar kinderen, ouders én medewerkers zich gezien en welkom voelen. ❤️
