The posting

De Knuffeltjes is een warme en huiselijke kinderopvang waar baby's en peuters zich veilig, geliefd en geborgen mogen voelen.

We zoeken een enthousiaste kinderbegeleider ter vervanging van een collega tijdens haar moederschapsverlof. Je tewerkstelling start in oktober 2026 (in overleg).

Een verdere samenwerking na deze periode behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Takenpakket

  • Dagelijkse verzorging van baby's en peuters.
  • Creëren van een warme, veilige en stimulerende omgeving.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van ontwikkelingsgerichte activiteiten.
  • Observeren van het welbevinden en de ontwikkeling van kinderen.
  • Communiceren met ouders op een open en respectvolle manier.
  • Samenwerken binnen een klein en hecht team.
  • Mee instaan voor orde, hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • De visie en kwaliteitswerking van De Knuffeltjes mee uitdragen.

Wie zijn wij?

  • Wij zijn er ons van bewust dat een diploma kennis verschaft, maar inzet, motivatie en een warm hart voor kinderen zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Openstaan voor feedback, willen groeien zijn welgekomen pluspunten.
  • Een geldig diploma conform de normen van 'Opgroeien' zijn een vereiste. Zie verder bij omschrijving van de vacature.
  • Je bent warm, zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en kan zelfstandig én in team werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. Vereiste attesten
  • Een geldig attest levensreddend handelen / EHBO bij kinderen is vereist.
  • Je beschikt over een attest brandbestrijding of bent bereid deze opleiding op korte termijn te volgen.
