  • Je begeleidt kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de ouders. Je geeft feedback over hun kind en staat in voor het opvangen van nieuwe ouders en kinderen;
  • Je organiseert verschillende activiteiten aangepast op het ontwikkelingsniveau van de kinderen. Je neemt hen mee doorheen de dag op ontdekkingsreis in ons kinderdagverblijf;
  • Je omringt en zorgt voor de kinderen met heel veel liefde;
  • Je neemt de tijd voor troost -en knuffelmomenten;
  • Je observeert de ontwikkeling en stemt jouw aanpak hierop af en draagt hierdoor bij tot de kwaliteit in ons kinderdagverblijf;
  • Je vormt een sterkt team met je andere collega’s en denkt mee over verbetervoorstellen in verband met de werking en kwaliteit van ons kinderdagverblijf;
  • Jobtime tussen 30,4-38u.
  • Je behaalde een getuigschrift of diploma in de kinderzorg (of hoger);
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en geniet ervan hen te zien ontwikkelen en groeien;
  • Je bent creatief en neemt graag initiatief;
  • Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden en herkent positieve of negatieve signalen, zowel naar ouders, kinderen als naar je collega’s;
