Kinderdagverblijf KaDeeke zoekt enthousiaste collega's die willen groeien in de kinderopvang. Via het project Praktijkcentra Kinderopvang kan je meteen aan de slag én tegelijk de opleiding tot kinderbegeleider volgen. Je ontvangt hiervoor een loon. Het inschrijvingsgeld voor de opleiding moet je als kandidaat zelf betalen. In het praktijkcentrum kunnen 4 toekomstige kinderbegeleiders aan de slag gaan. Je volgt 1 dag per week les en de overige dagen ga je aan de slag in het praktijkcentrum.

Je leert het vak in de praktijk, doet vanaf dag één waardevolle ervaring op en groeit stap voor stap naar een diploma. Daarbij sta je er niet alleen voor: leercoach Soraya en je collega’s kinderbegeleider ondersteunen en begeleiden je tijdens je hele traject.

  • Je ondersteunt de collega’s kinderbegeleiders
  • Je staat mee in voor de verzorging van de kinderen
  • Je helpt bij eet-, slaap- en verzorgingsmomenten
  • Je organiseert activiteiten en spelmomenten voor de kinderen
  • Je zorgt voor een warme en huiselijke sfeer
  • Je doet het nodige klein huishoudelijk werk (o.a. bedjes opmaken, fruit schillen en boterhammen maken)

  • Je hebt nog geen diploma om als kinderbegeleider te werken, maar bent gemotiveerd om dit via een werk- en leertraject te behalen
  • Je bent positief ingesteld
  • Je hebt een groot hart voor kinderen en houdt van samenwerken
  • Je wil bijleren en staat open voor opvolging en feedback
  • Je bent sociaal en spreekt voldoende Nederlands (niveau 2.4) om de opleiding te kunnen beginnen. Het spreken van meerdere talen of ervaring met verschillende culturen is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid te werken tussen 7u en 18u
  • Je hebt respect voor iedereen, ongeacht afkomst, taal, cultuur of achtergrond
