AZ Rivierenland zoekt een kinderbegeleider voor haar kinderdagverblijf Kabouterland te Bornem.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden:

basishouding

  • Je gaat op een positieve, opbouwende manier om met alle kinderen, ouders, collega’s en anderen
  • Je observeert het gedrag van het kind, individueel en in groep, reflecteert hierover en stemt je handelen hierop af
  • Je reflecteert over de werking en draagt bij tot het verbeteren van de kinderopvang

samenwerken

  • Je werkt samen met ouders en erkent hen als eerste opvoeder
  • Je werkt samen met anderen in functie van de opvang van het kind
  • Je werkt samen, geeft feedback en maakt afspraken

emotionele ondersteuning

  • Je stimuleert positieve contacten tussen baby’s en peuters onderling en stelt grenzen
  • Je herkent de sociaal-emotionele behoeften van het kind en speelt hierop in

kind educatieve ondersteuning

  • Je stimuleert elke baby/peuter in zijn ontwikkeling, gaat uit van zijn/haar talenten en ondernemingszin
  • Je ondersteunt het kind bij al haar/zijn activiteiten
  • Je zorgt voor een stimulerende, veilige, hygiënische en gezonde speelomgeving voor baby’s en peuters

dagverloop

  • Je begeleidt de kinderen bij hun aankomst en afhaalmoment
  • Je bereidt baby- en peutermaaltijden, organiseert en begeleidt eetmomenten
  • Je organiseert rust- en bewegingsmomenten
  • Je verzorgt de kinderen in functie van zijn/haar behoeften
