  • Je geeft kinderen een tweede thuis: Jij creëert elke dag een veilige en geborgen omgeving waar kinderen zich vrij kunnen ontwikkelen. Jouw warmte en betrokkenheid helpen hen vertrouwen opbouwen en zichzelf te zijn.
  • Je stimuleert hun groei en ontwikkeling: Van spelletjes tot creatieve activiteiten, jij bedenkt manieren om de ontwikkeling van elk kind te ondersteunen, passend bij hun individuele behoeften en ritme. Je ziet hoe kleine successen hen elke dag een stapje verder brengen.
  • Je bouwt een sterke band op met ouders: Door ouders op de hoogte te houden van het verloop van de dag en de vooruitgang van hun kind, geef je hen vertrouwen en gemoedsrust. Jij bent hun aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een open, ondersteunende communicatie.
  • Je werkt samen in een hecht team: Samen met je collega’s bouw je aan een positieve, dynamische werkomgeving. Jullie inspireren elkaar om elke dag het beste voor de kinderen te doen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen binnen het team.
  • Je draagt bij aan een fijne sfeer: Samen zorgen jullie voor een warme, vrolijke sfeer waar kinderen zich thuis voelen en elke dag met een glimlach komen spelen en leren.

Ons kinderdagverblijf is geopend van maandag tot vrijdag. Je werktijden variëren tussen 7:30 en 18:30 uur.

  • Je hebt een diploma binnen kinderzorg (of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie volgens de eisen van Agentschap Opgroeien). Ook kandidaten met een bachelor- of masterdiploma komen in aanmerking.
  • Ervaring is niet vereist, wel een pluspunt.
  • Je bent kindvriendelijk, sociaal en hebt oog voor diversiteit.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed inspelen op de behoeften van kinderen en ouders.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan zelfstandig werken met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
