Wat ga je doen?

Samen met je collega’s sta je in voor de dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding van onze Pallieterkes (0 tot 3 jaar). Je bent teamgericht en hebt een zelfstandige werkhouding met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Als kinderbegeleider vertrek je vanuit de geobserveerde behoeften en interesses van elk kind en kan zo het welbevinden bevorderen en ontplooiingskansen bieden.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor ouders en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s in de opvoeding van het kind.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma kindbegeleider (minimum 7de jaar)
  • Werkervaring in de kinderopvang en ervaring met MemoQ, Kwiko is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt kennis van PC-toepassingen (excel, outlook)
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een flexibele uurregeling.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en in team.
  • Je bent zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar en in het bezit van een recent uittreksel uit het strafregister
  • Nodige competenties : sociaal vaardig, organisatorisch sterk, assertief, responsief, verantwoordelijk, communicatief, collegiaal, flexibel, leergierig, stressbestendig.

Wat hebben wij te bieden?

  • Een contract van bepaalde duur aan minimum 75%.
  • Maandloon volgens barema’s PC 331.
