Randstad Healthcare zoekt een kinderbegeleiders regio Lummen die beschikbaar is voor een tijdelijk opdracht op volgende data: 08/09 - 09/09 - 10/09 -16/09 & 9/11- 10/11 - 18/11 - 20/11- 23/11 - 24/11 - 25/11 & 27/11.

Jij maakt het verschil in de opvang wanneer nood aan vervanging het hoogst is. Omdat jij zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor een groep jonge kinderen (baby's en peuters) binnen een kinderdagveblijf, zet jij jouw werkervaring vanaf dag een succesvol in.

Om direct te starten in de functie als kinderbegeleider voldoe je aan de volgende criteria:

  • Je bezit een passend diploma zoals kinderzorg, sociaal-technische wetenschappen of een zorggerelateerde bachelor of master.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste werkervaring in een kinderdagverblijf voor een vlotte opstart.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco strafregister model twee om de veiligheid te garanderen.
  • Je toont een geldig attest levensreddend handelen of behaalt dit op korte termijn.
  • Je bent een aantal dagen van de bovenstaande periode beschikbaar om te werken.

Als ervaren kinderbegeleider stuur je de werking van de leefgroep vlot aan en bied je continuïteit.

  • Verzorgen van baby's en peuters door zelfstandig te verluieren, te voeden en hen te slapen te leggen.
  • Waarborgen van de structuur binnen een groep van maximaal acht kinderen tijdens kritieke momenten.
  • Begeleiden van alledaagse handelingen en activiteiten die aansluiten bij de noden van het kind.
  • Schakelen tussen verschillende locaties in de regio met een flexibele ingesteldheid.
