Korte omschrijving

Als kinderbegeleider speel je een belangrijke rol in de opstart van NEKTARIENTJE, het nieuwe kinderdagverblijf van NEKTARI. Samen met je collega’s bouw je vanaf het begin aan een warme, kwalitatieve en kindgerichte werking.

Je creëert een veilige en uitnodigende speelomgeving en speelt actief in op de noden, signalen en interesses van ieder kind. NEKTARIENTJE biedt inclusieve opvang met ruime openingsuren, afgestemd op de behoeften van gezinnen en werkende ouders.

Wat je doet en waar je in uitblinkt

  • Je creëert een warme, veilige en stabiele omgeving waarin ieder kind zich welkom, gezien en gewaardeerd voelt;
  • Je observeert kinderen aandachtig en speelt sensitief in op hun welbevinden, ontwikkeling en signalen;
  • Je biedt een kindvolgend en ervaringsgericht aanbod dat aansluit bij het individuele ritme, de interesses en mogelijkheden van ieder kind;
  • Je gelooft in inclusieve opvang, omarmt verschillen en stemt je begeleiding af op de ondersteuningsbehoeften van ieder kind;
  • Je bouwt een sterke vertrouwensband op met kinderen, ouders en collega’s en communiceert open en respectvol;
  • Je draagt bij aan een flexibele en kwaliteitsvolle opvang, rekening houdend met de ruime openingsuren en de behoeften van gezinnen;
  • Je bent een positieve teamspeler, staat open voor feedback en reflectie en draagt actief bij aan een fijne samenwerking;
