The posting

We zoeken een kinderpsycholoog die ons multidisciplinair team wil versterken. Ervaring is daarbij geen vereiste: ook als startend psycholoog ben je van harte welkom en krijg je de ruimte om binnen onze praktijk verder te groeien.

Als zelfstandig kinderpsycholoog begeleid je kinderen, jongeren en jongvolwassenen tot 25 jaar met uiteenlopende hulpvragen. Dit kunnen onder andere emotionele moeilijkheden, gedragsproblemen of ontwikkelingsgerelateerde hulpvragen zijn. Een interesse in neurodivergentie, waaronder ADHD en autisme, is zeker welkom.

Je hoeft daarbij niet alles al te kunnen. Ook startende psychologen die zich verder willen ontwikkelen in het therapeutisch werken met kinderen en jongeren, moedigen we aan om te reageren. Binnen de praktijk is ruimte voor overleg, intervisie en het uitwisselen van expertise met collega’s.

Waar nodig stem je, in overleg, af met andere betrokken hulpverleners, huisartsen of het CLB.

We zoeken vooral iemand die:

  • graag werkt met kinderen en jongeren;
  • interesse heeft in ADHD, autisme en andere ontwikkelings- of emotionele hulpvragen;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team;
  • openstaat voor verdere groei en bijscholing. Een aanvullende therapieopleiding is bij de start geen vereiste; we vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je bereid bent om je op termijn verder therapeutisch te ontwikkelen.

Ervaring is welkom, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, betrokkenheid en de bereidheid om verder te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de psychologie.
  • Je volgt eventueel al een therapieopleiding of staat ervoor open om je via bijscholingen en op termijn eventueel een therapieopleiding verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je beschikt over een zelfstandig statuut of bent bereid dit in orde te brengen.
  • Je bent bereid je te registreren op relevante professionele platformen, zoals Vind-een-Psycholoog.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Ook als startend psycholoog ben je welkom.
  • Je bent bereid je op lange termijn te engageren binnen de praktijk.
  • Je hebt een open en constructieve houding en vindt samenwerking binnen een team belangrijk.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen als psycholoog.
