Aufgaben

* Kinderskikurse leiten für Anfänger und leicht Fortgeschrittene, mit spielerischen Übungen und klaren Lernschritten (Unterrichts- & Anleitungskompetenz)

* Bewegungsabläufe kindgerecht erklären und sichere Grundtechnik vermitteln (Bewegungs- & Sportkompetenz)

* Kinder motivieren, begleiten und in Gruppen sicher führen (Sozial- & Kommunikationskompetenz)

* Pistenregeln, Verhalten und Material einfach und verständlich erklären (Sicherheitskompetenz)

* Tagesplanung, Gruppeneinteilung und Kursorganisation eigenständig erledigen (Selbstmanagement)

* Digitale Kursverwaltung und einfache Buchungssysteme nutzen (Digitale Kompetenz)

* Gelände, Wetter und Schneebedingungen einschätzen und Kursinhalte entsprechend anpassen (Outdoor-Kompetenz)

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung zum Kinderschilehrer oder Skilehrer mit Schwerpunkt Kinder

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Familien

* Sportliche Fitness und sichere Skitechnik

* Geduld, Humor und ein freundliches Auftreten

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

Wir bieten

* Arbeitszeit: je nach Schneelage voraussichtlich ab 20. Dezember 2026 bis Ende März 2027

* Teilzeitbeschäftigung - Stundenausmaß ca. 20 Wochenstunden

* Gesamte Saison oder Ferienzeiten (wir wenden uns auch an Schüler_innen und Student_innen)

* Unterkunft, Skianzug und Liftkarte werden bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt
