Bij Neonatologie en Pediatrie maak jij het verschil voor kinderen en hun gezinnen, in een warm en betrokken team. Dit ga je doen Ben jij die betrokken kinderverpleegkundige die graag op oproepbasis werkt en écht het verschil wil maken voor kinderen en hun gezinnen? Dan ben je hier op de juiste plek! Bij ons werk je afwisselend op de afdelingen Neonatologie en Pediatrie. Je zorgt voor kinderen van 0 tot 18 jaar, met zorgbehoeften die variëren van laag tot hoog complex. Je betrekt het gezin actief en werkt volgens de 'Family Centered/Integrated Care'-visie. We doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel het kind als het gezin zich thuis voelen op onze afdeling, en we maken de weg naar herstel zo persoonlijk en warm mogelijk. Je biedt zorg die hen niet alleen helpt herstellen, maar ook een herinnering creëert die ze altijd bijblijven. Dankzij de korte lijnen in ons ziekenhuis kunnen we snel inspelen op de behoeften van onze patiënten. Jij maakt het verschil in de meest kwetsbare momenten van ouders en kinderen. Hier kom je te werken Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team op de afdelingen Neonatologie, Pediatrie en Kinderdagbehandeling. Samen met meer dan 100 collega's - zoals verpleegkundigen, kinderartsen en medisch pedagogisch zorgverleners - werk je aan de beste zorg.
