Een baan als kinderverpleegkundige waarbij je enkel in de nacht werkt. Met veel autonomie, teamroosteren én uitdaging in je werkzaamheden. Waar (hoog)complexe zorg verleend wordt in onder andere het specialisme kinderoncologie. En dat allemaal in een omgeving omringd door een fijn multidisciplinair team van collega's. Die alle 30 bijdragen aan de gezellige, warme en soms ietwat chaotische sfeer. Dát betekent werken bij onze afdeling Kindergeneeskunde. Ben jij een gediplomeerd kinderverpleegkundige die graag nachten werkt? En heb jij interesse om eens een kop koffie te drinken of te bellen om te kijken of wij ook bij jou passen? Neem vrijblijvend contact op met onze teamleider Kelly. Zo maak jij beter nóg beter. Jij zorgt ervoor (Hoog)complexe zorg verlenen aan kinderen van alle leeftijden, van zuigelingen tot adolescenten, is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Hierbij werk je primair op de verpleegafdeling Kind en Jeugdzorg. Met af en toe een uitwisseling naar een van onze 1 andere units; Neonatologie. Onze nachtdiensten zijn van 23.15 uur tot 07.30 uur. In de basis werk je alleen nachtdiensten, deze zijn doorgaans rustiger en minder intensief als het gaat om zorgvraag en gezinscontact. We vragen je ook enkele dagdiensten te draaien om zo voldoende betrokken te blijven bij de afdeling. Als kinderverpleegkundige in de nacht ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - zorgen voor het continue verpleegproces van het (acuut) zieke kind. Denk hierbij aan oncologie, endocrinologie of maag-, darm- en leverziektes. - samen met een multidisciplinair team van collega's zorgen voor de beste kwaliteit van gezinsgerichte zorg in het gehele proces van opname, verzorging, ...
