Radboud UMC · Nijmegen Over de vacature - 24 - 36 uur per week - parttime - Schaal 8aM - CV + Motivatiebrief - Onbepaalde tijd - Ja - meeloopdag voor het sollicitatiegesprek - Salaris: €3.810-€4.778 per month - Solliciteer voor 1 november 2026 Jouw functie Als Kinderverpleegkundige in het Amalia Kinderziekenhuis (AKZ) bij de afdeling Medium Care houd jij je bezig met hoogcomplexe zorg aan kinderen. Of je verleent laag- tot middencomplexe zorg aan kinderen met een complexe zorgvraag. Hierbij werk je in multidisciplinaire behandelteams intensief samen met veel verschillende artsen en andere collega's van een groot aantal specialismen en afdelingen, binnen en buiten het Radboudumc. Professionals met vanuit hun specialisme ieder een eigen visie op de behandeling. Maar met één gezamenlijk doel: dat het kind weer beter met de ouders naar huis of naar een ander ziekenhuis kan. Jij vervult hierin, naast je werkzaamheden 'aan het bed', een belangrijke coördinerende rol en je houdt het overzicht. Je bent daarbij de ogen en oren van de behandelend(e) arts(en). Het is belangrijk dat je actief meedenkt in de behandeling en goed blijft kijken naar de ontwikkeling van het ziektebeeld bij het kind. Je verleent als verpleegkundige in principe zorg aan patiënten van alle leeftijden waardoor je elke dag in aanraking komt met nieuwe facetten van het vak. Dit zorgt voor veel afwisseling, uitdaging en dynamiek in je werk, maar stelt ook hoge eisen aan je kennis en vaardigheden. Niet voor niets bieden we je veel mogelijkheden om jezelf vakinhoudelijk en persoonlijk te blijven ontwikkelen en ook jouw kennis met collega's te delen. De afdeling bestaat uit drie teams. Jij werkt niet alleen in je eigen team, maar ook regelmatig in één van de andere teams. Bijvoorbeeld als het daar erg druk is en jij tijd hiervoor hebt.
