Als kinderverpleegkundige combineer jij gespecialiseerde verpleegkundige zorg met warmte, geduld en duidelijke communicatie. Voor een modern ziekenhuis in Hardenberg zoeken wij een gediplomeerd kinderverpleegkundige die vanaf februari 2027 voor langere tijd het team komt versterken. Je werkt 28 tot 32 uur per week, waarbij we graag rekening houden met jouw wensen en beschikbaarheid. Als kinderverpleegkundige bied je verpleegkundige zorg aan kinderen van verschillende leeftijden. Je houdt rekening met hun ontwikkeling, behoeften en thuissituatie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding van ouders en verzorgers. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verplegen, observeren en begeleiden van zieke kinderen. - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en bewaken van de gezondheidstoestand. - Toedienen van medicatie en ondersteunen bij medische behandelingen. - Informeren en begeleiden van ouders en verzorgers. - Signaleren van veranderingen en hierop adequaat reageren. - Samenwerken met kinderartsen en andere zorgprofessionals. - Bijdragen aan een veilige, kindvriendelijke zorgomgeving. ? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige (mbo of hbo). - Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie. - Je hebt de gespecialiseerde vervolgopleiding tot kinderverpleegkundige afgerond. - Een aanvullende neonatologieaantekening is een mooie pré. - Je bent geduldig, betrokken en communicatief sterk. - Je bent vanaf februari 2027 beschikbaar voor 28 tot 32 uur per week. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.
