Functie

In het kader van het pedagogische project en in partnerschap met de ouders begeleid je het kind pas me aan diens ritme en noden aan, in een gestructureerde en beveiligde omgeving. Je werkt samen en levert een bijdrage aan het scheppen van een rustige en ludieke sfeer ter bevordering van de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van de kinderen

Taken

  • Je begeleidt kinderen van minder dan 3 jaar tijdens hun dagelijkse ontwikkeling
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal van de kinderen en hun ouders
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de kinderen ververst en gewassen worden, je geeft hen te eten
  • Je bereidt pedagogische speelactiviteiten voor
  • Je richt de leefruimte in en je verdeelt de informatie

Profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs kinderzorg
  • Je bent in het bezit van een certificaat van begeleider in de kinderopvang.

Indien je je diploma behaald hebt in het buitenland, is op enkele uitzonderingen na, een gelijkwaardigheidserkenning door NARIC-Vlaanderen nodig https://www.vlaanderen.be/gelijkwaardigheidserkenning-van-een-buitenlands-diploma-of-getuigschrift-in-vlaanderen

Of je voldoet aan de interne bevorderings- en mobiliteitsvoorwaarden voor een functie in de graad van assistent zorg (niveau C)

Aanbod

  • Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur of een vervangingscontract
  • Bruto maandelijks salaris: minimum 2736.92 euro (dat kan hoger zijn afhankelijk van de waardering van eerdere werkervaringen, familiale situatie en het slagen voor de taalexamens). U kunt een schatting van uw salaris krijgen via onze online salarisberekeningshulpmiddel.
  • Eindejaarspremie en vakantiegeld
  • Maaltijdcheques (8€, waarvan 6,91€ ten laste van de Stad Brussel)
  • Geniet van 36,5 dagen betaald verlof, 4 dagen vastgesteld verlof door de Stad en 10 wettelijke feestdagen.
  • Mogelijkheid tot een voordelige hospitalisatieverzekering en dekking van het remgeld door de Stad voor medische zorg, voor u en uw gezin in het UZ Brugmann, UMC Sint-Pieter, Institut Jules Bordet en Koningin Fabiola Kinderziekenhuis
  • Pensioenplan voor contractuele medewerkers ter waarde van 3% van het bruto salaris
  • De Stad Brussel voldoet aan uw behoeften op het gebied van professionele ontwikkeling door regelmatige trainingen aan te bieden
  • Onze werkplekken zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en het MIVB-abonnement wordt 100% terugbetaald, er is ook een tussenkomst in de vervoerskosten (NMBS, De Lijn, TEC, fiets)
