Voor een kinderopvangorganisatie in de regio Amsterdam zoeken wij op korte termijn een interim kindplanner die tijdelijk ondersteuning biedt bij de overname van meerdere opvanglocaties. Functie Onze opdrachtgever staat aan de vooravond van een organisatorische uitbreiding waarbij zeven opvanglocaties, met in totaal acht groepen, worden overgenomen. Deze overgang brengt extra werkzaamheden met zich mee voor de afdeling Planning & Plaatsing. Om de continuïteit van de reguliere kindplanning te waarborgen, zoeken wij een ervaren professional die zelfstandig aan de slag kan met de administratieve en operationele verwerking van deze overname. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het controleren, overzetten en verwerken van kind- en plaatsingsgegevens in KidsVision. - Het opnieuw inrichten en verwerken van plaatsingen. - Het opstellen en verwerken van nieuwe opvangcontracten. - Het controleren en compleet maken van kinddossiers. - Het ondersteunen bij overige plannings- en administratieve werkzaamheden rondom de overname. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en ervaren kindplanner die snel overzicht creëert, nauwkeurig werkt en direct van toegevoegde waarde is. - Je hebt ruime ervaring met operationele kindplanning binnen de kinderopvang. - Je hebt goede, bij voorkeur recente, kennis van KidsVision. - Je bent gewend zelfstandig te werken en hebt weinig inwerktijd nodig. - Je werkt gestructureerd, bent administratief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk. - Je bent op zeer korte termijn beschikbaar voor 16 uur per week.
