Waarom werken in Het Sprankelhuis anders is

Bij Het Sprankelhuis kijken we verder dan het zichtbare probleem. We geloven dat elk kind uniek is en dat echte groei pas mogelijk is als we naar de volledige ontwikkeling kijken: lichaam, brein en gevoel.

Daarom combineren we kinesitherapie met inzichten uit coaching, reflexintegratie en neurologische ontwikkelingsprincipes. Denk aan onderwerpen als lateralisatie, primitieve reflexen of de onderliggende oorzaken van bijvoorbeeld schrijfproblemen. In veel praktijken wordt er bv. enkel op de schrijfmotoriek gewerkt; bij ons zoeken we naar waarom een kind moeite heeft met schrijven en pakken we het probleem bij de wortel aan.

Onze aanpak is speels, creatief en diepgaand. En het mooiste? Je hoeft dit allemaal nog niet te beheersen. Als jij openstaat om bij te leren, zorgen wij voor de begeleiding en zoeken we samen naar opleidingen die hierbij aansluiten.

Over Het Sprankelhuis

Het Sprankelhuis is een multidisciplinaire praktijk die kinderen laat sprankelen in hun ontwikkeling. We combineren logopedie, coaching, beweging en persoonlijke trajecten. De praktijk is warm, huiselijk en gericht op echte verbinding met kinderen, ouders en collega’s.

We bieden ook kampen, weerbaarheidstrainingen en workshops aan. Heb je ideeën of wil je daaraan meewerken? Dan ben je meer dan welkom.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een kinderkinesist(e) die:

  • Openstaat voor een holistische visie op ontwikkeling
  • Nieuwsgierig is naar reflexintegratie, lateralisatie, coaching en andere verdiepende technieken
  • Graag met kinderen werkt en oog heeft voor wat er achter het gedrag of de klacht schuilt
  • Bereid is om bij te leren, met ondersteuning van ons team
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en houdt van samenwerken
  • Creatief en speels durft zijn in zijn of haar aanpak
  • Diploma kinesitherapie

Vereisten:

  • Diploma kinesitherapie (bij voorkeur met interesse in pediatrie)
  • RIZIV-nummer of binnenkort afstuderen
  • Passie voor kinderen & persoonlijke ontwikkeling
