Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen:

Je herkent de fysische en psychische noden van de bewoners en gaat actief opzoek naar oplossingen.

Je organiseert zowel individuele therapeutische oefenmomenten als in groep, maar je organiseert ook therapeutische activiteiten ter preventie. Je versterkt je advies met betrekking tot valpreventie.

Als kinesitherapeut ligt je focus op het behouden en verbeteren van de zelfredzaamheid en fysieke mogelijkheden van de bewoners.

Je zorgt voor het opstellen en bijhouden van het kinesitherapeutisch dossier. Je staat mee in voor de ontwikkeling, opvolging en evaluatie van het valpreventiebeleid, het hef- en tilbeleid, en het fixatie-arm beleid binnen de voorziening.
