Als kinesitherapeut / REAC-medewerker maak je mee het verschil in het leven van onze bewoners. Je helpt hen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven functioneren in hun dagelijks leven. Door gerichte activiteiten, therapieën en creatieve impulsen zorg je voor activering, ontspanning en levenskwaliteit.

Je biedt individuele en groepsgerichte therapie aan gericht op beweging en activatie. Via observatie en o.a. BelRAI breng je de mogelijkheden van bewoners in kaart. Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en weet met kleine aanpassingen een groot verschil te maken. Je zet hulpmiddelen doordacht in en integreert ze in onze werking.

Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met de bewoners én hun familie en je bent een vaste waarde in ons multidisciplinair team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin elke bewoner zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelt.

  • Je hebt bachelor (of master) diploma én geldig visum, bij voorkeur kinesitherapie, ergotherapie, revalidatiewetenschappen, , logopedie, orthopedagogie, creatieve therapie, gezondheidswetenschappen of sport én bewegen.
  • Je hebt een groot hart voor ouderen en begrijpt hun noden.
  • Ervaring met werken met mensen met dementie is een troef.
  • Je legt vlot contact met bewoners, familie en collega’s.
  • Je bent creatief, neemt graag initiatief en denkt in mogelijkheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
