The Kitchen Assistant reports to the Catering Lead and responsibilities will include: CLEAN includes: - -Dusting and /or wiping furniture. -Sweeping & mopping of floors and stairways. -Cleaning windows and doors.-- -Cleaning dirty marks off walls. -Cleaning toilets using correct materials -Clearing refuse to designated area. Qualifications and Experience Required -Current Food Handlers Certificate (can be assisted to get if hired) -3 years experience in Food handling and/or kitchen cleaning -Ability to work independently and as part of a team English language required. French or Creole a benefit. Working Days/Hours -The Kitchen Assistant is a full-time job (40 hours per week). S/he is required to meet his/her contractual obligations at the school, in person, between 7:00/7:30 am - 4:00 / 4:30pm as per the calendar set for Non-Teaching Staff.
