Cevo Market – een gevestigd kempens familiebedrijf, opgericht in 1976, met een team van 50 medewerkers.

Voor de verdere uitbouw van de keukenafdeling is Cevo Market op zoek naar een gedreven Keukenverkoper met commercieel inzicht en oog voor design.

Het volledige verkooptraject ligt in eigen handen: van het eerste klantcontact in de showroom tot de uiteindelijke oplevering van de keuken.

De rol combineert commercieel inzicht, technisch ontwerp en persoonlijk klantadvies in het middel- en hoogsegment, met Duitse kwaliteitsmerken zoals Nolte en Nolte Neo.Geen werkdag is dezelfde: het ene moment wordt een klant ontvangen die net binnenwandelt, het andere moment wordt een 3D-ontwerp uitgewerkt of een offerte voorbereid. Ondersteund door een ervaren team en korte communicatielijnen met de zaakvoerder en collega's van aanverwante afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwelkomen van klanten in de showroom en analyseren van hun wensen, levensstijl en budget om een passend voorstel uit te werken
  • Ontwerpen van keukens op maat met technische tekeningen en 3D-visualisaties, rekening houdend met ruimte, functionaliteit en esthetiek
  • Adviseren van klanten op een eerlijke en transparante manier zonder druktechnieken, met focus op kwaliteit en langetermijntevredenheid
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en finaliseren van offertes tot een ondertekende verkoop, met oog voor marge en klanttevredenheid
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers en plaatsers (o.a. Nolte) voor bestellingen, levertermijnen en technische details, en opvolgen van de plaatsing
  • Bieden van nazorg na verkoop, beantwoorden van vragen en correct opvolgen van klachten initiatief ter versterking van de klantrelatie
  • Beheren van de showroom en onderhouden van productkennis, inclusief presentatie van nieuwe collecties
  • Bijdragen aan het team door verbetervoorstellen te formuleren, kennis te delen en de groei van de keukenafdeling te ondersteunen

Must-haves:

  • Ervaring in de verkoop van keukens of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met oog voor design en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Klantgerichte ingesteldheid: oprecht luisteren, eerlijk adviseren, oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Vlot Nederlands in woord en geschrift; verzorgd voorkomen.
  • Vertrouwd met digitale tools en bereid om snel in te werken in Winner Design en SDP.
  • Ordelijk, punctueel en zelfstandig kunnen werken.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ervaring met Winner Design en/of SDP.
  • Productkennis van Duitse keukenmerken zoals Nolte.
  • Affiniteit met design, interieur of bouwmaterialen.
