Als interimverpleegkundige ondersteun je het zorgteam tijdens losse shiften. Je springt bij wanneer er extra ondersteuning nodig is en draagt mee bij aan kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte zorg voor de bewoners.

Tijdens je shift sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen.
  • Het toedienen en opvolgen van medicatie.
  • Het observeren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners.
  • Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van bewoners en hun familie.
  • Het samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Het mee garanderen van een warme en kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of gegradueerde) en bent in het bezit van een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt een hart voor de ouderenzorg en draagt kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte zorg hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en weet vlot je weg te vinden in een nieuwe werkomgeving.
  • Je communiceert open en professioneel met bewoners, familieleden en collega's.
  • Je bent flexibel en bepaalt graag zelf wanneer je werkt.
  • Je bent bereid om losse interimshiften op te nemen in de regio Kempen.
  • Ervaring binnen een woonzorgcentrum is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Zowel ervaren verpleegkundigen als gemotiveerde starters zijn van harte welkom.
