Ter versterking van ons team zoeken we een werfleider industriële reiniging (m/v/x). In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van onze reinigingswerken in heel België maar voornamelijk in Vlaanderen.

Wat verwachten we van je?

Dagelijkse leiding - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van medewerkers.

Coördinatie - Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Hands-on mentaliteit - Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig.

Veiligheid - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.

Schakelpunt - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's op de werf.

Kwaliteitscontrole - Controleren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een vlotte voortgang.

Opvolging - Rapporteren aan de projectverantwoordelijke en meedenken over innovatie.

Je staat er niet alleen voor, maar bent wel degene die op de werf het verschil maakt.

Wie ben je?

Verantwoordelijk - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en combineert dit graag met werken in teamverband.

Leiderschap - Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en weet mensen te motiveren.

Professioneel - Je bent communicatief sterk en organisatorisch ingesteld.

Kwaliteitsgericht - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Toewijding - Je bent flexibel en hebt geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.

Achtergrond - Ervaring in de industriële reiniging, schoonmaaksector, techniek of een gelijkaardige werkomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Mobiliteit - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
