FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Klaarzetter Grondstoffen in een 2-ploegenstelsel. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig afwegen en klaarzetten van grondstoffen voor de productie. Daarnaast bedien je het tankenpark, waarbij vloeibare grondstoffen vanuit opslagtanks volgens een geautomatiseerd systeem aan de mengkuipen worden toegevoegd.

Jouw taken:

  • Manueel afwegen en klaarzetten van grondstoffen volgens recepten en productieorders.
  • Bedienen van het geautomatiseerde tankenpark via de pc.
  • Toevoegen van vloeibare grondstoffen aan de productiekuipen.
  • Controleren van hoeveelheden en verhoudingen.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde opdrachten.
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften.
  • Werken met chemische grondstoffen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid op de werkplaats.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en volgt recepten en instructies correct op.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en houdt van actief werk.
  • Je kan goed rekenen en interpreteert gewichten, hoeveelheden en verhoudingen correct.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je kan vlot met een pc werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
