Jij zorgt dat het gehoord wordt. Als Klachtbehandelaar Marechaussee onderzoek je zorgvuldig, handel je rechtvaardig en bewaak je het vertrouwen in een organisatie die werkt voor de veiligheid van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? Als Klachtbehandelaar Marechaussee speel je een sleutelrol in het zorgvuldig en professioneel afhandelen van klachten over het optreden van Marechausseepersoneel. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt vanaf het moment dat een klacht binnenkomt tot en met het opstellen van een goed onderbouwde zienswijze voor de brigadecommandant. Daarbij combineer je jouw analytische blik met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om tot een eerlijke, transparante en juiste behandeling te komen. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en hebben direct impact op het vertrouwen in de organisatie. Denk hierbij aan: - Verzamelen, beoordelen en verwerken van informatie uit uiteenlopende bronnen. - Bevragen van open én, indien nodig, gesloten politiële systemen. - Analyseren van gegevens en vertalen naar bruikbare informatie voor klachtbehandeling. - Opstellen van voorstellen tot klachtbehandeling en deze afstemmen met de klachtenfunctionaris. - Voeren van heldere en respectvolle communicatie met klagers gedurende het gehele proces. - Bewaken van de integriteit en betrouwbaarheid van gegevens. - Registreren van gegevens in de beschikbare systemen en doorgeleiden van relevante informatie binnen en buiten de organisatie.
